For our Sourcing Operations Center in Budapest, we are looking for a 



HR Sourcing Consultant

 – English, French / German / Spanish / Czech or Slovak


We are open either for a junior who would then be trained to the level of Sourcing Consultant with our 3 months onboarding plan or a more senior profile. At our Sourcing Center, we have three teams. Each team is made of a mix of Sourcing Consultants and Senior Sourcing Consultants.

Your Responsibilities:


· Sourcing and networking through various channels to generate candidates

· Defining innovative ways for sourcing "hard to find" candidates

· Continuously developing and applying new search techniques and methodologies

· Connecting with candidates by phone, over social media and by email to generate interest and network for referrals

· Maintaining a powerful network using social media strategies in order to generate candidates and promote our clients' employer brands

· Screening of active and passive candidates regarding the principal qualifications through telephone interviews

· Managing candidate pipelines for our clients' open positions

· Collaborating closely with our on-site Recruitment Consultants to deliver the best candidates and to continuously improve the quality of our service delivery




 

Your Profile:

 

·   Passionate professionals or fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in recruitment

·   Experience in generating candidates through various sourcing and searching methods is a strong plus (agency / direct search experience and)

·   Experience in IT recruitment or Shared Services Center (SSC) recruitment is considered advantageous.

·   English language skills (written and spoken) are a must

·   Proficiency in an additional language is highly valued, with languages such as French, German, Spanish, Slovak, or Czech being particularly advantageous.

·   Excellent communication skills, operational readiness, out-of-the-box thinking

·   A knowledge sharing mindset, a think positive attitude, and team spirit

·   Our team does NOT deal with Sales; it is pure Sourcing
