
Technical Support Representative – Czech Speaking

This Technical Support Representative role at our partner gives you the chance to show your talent in client communication and IT solutions, while working closely with like-minded colleagues at a central location in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Take ownership of user problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress on time
- Escalate unresolved calls to the resolution support team
- Perform peer-to-peer call/ticket/language audits
- Provide feedback on procedures
- Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client or improvement to the KPI
Requirements
- B2/C1 level Czech language knowledge in combination with excellent (B2 and above) English language
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and telephone manner
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
- 0,5 to 2 years of experience in L1 or L2 on-site or remote Application / Infrastructure support or Software development (IT Service Desk)
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Service Now, BMC Remedy, Monitoring Tools, CA Service Desk
- Problem-solving abilities, strong logical analytics
Working Arrangements and Benefits
- Working in shifts between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and possibly on Bank Holidays
- Gross monthly salary 700 000 - 800 000 HUF, depending on experience
