
IT Technical Consultant, Operations
Our partner is looking for a Technical Consultant who is passionate about IT operations, observability, and driving exceptional customer outcomes. Whether you're an experienced professional or a tech-savvy problem solver eager to grow, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
In this role, you’ll help customers explore and adopt our partner’s powerful full-stack observability and monitoring solutions. Your insights and technical expertise will help organizations navigate performance challenges and transform the way they manage their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions, focusing on network monitoring, server & application performance, and digital experience monitoring
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical workshops — both online and on-site
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to support pre-sales discussions and drive deal closure
- Provide expert input on RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation
- Partner with customers post-sale to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the company's solutions
- Continuously stay updated on product capabilities, feature enhancements, and market trends
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our innovation and thought leadership
Requirements
- Experienced in IT observability and passionate about solving real-world technology challenges
- Exposure to IT infrastructure, network performance, or application monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Grafana, New Relic, PRTG, etc.
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations
- Basic knowledge of OpenTelemetry, distributed systems, or AI/ML-based performance bottleneck detection is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with both technical and business audiences
- Fluent in English and Dutch
