Market Researcher (Intern)

(Part-time, fixed-term, internship) 

to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Researcher Intern to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work remotely most of the time.

As a Market Researcher intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting our outbound business development efforts. Your primary mission will be to conduct in-depth research across various industries and regions to identify and qualify potential clients, trace and verify VIP contacts, and update/organize our existing CRM database.

Your insights will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and success of our outreach campaigns, helping us scale strategically and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research and profile potential client companies and key decision-makers aligned with our business development goals.
• Track VIP contacts and industry trends to support outreach and strategic positioning.
• Maintain accurate, segmented, and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring quality and usability for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on prospect validation and pipeline priorities
• Share regular insights, research summaries, and progress updates with the team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• You are proficient in using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online research tools; experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a strong plus.
• You’re comfortable working with data—cleaning, segmenting, and tagging for campaign readiness.
• You bring strong research and analytical skills, with a natural curiosity about business structures, people networks, and market dynamics.
• You are a proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
• You are fluent in English; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• You are based in Barcelona and have the legal right to work in Spain. The role offers a hybrid setup with flexibility for mostly remote work.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a part-time role (20 hours/week).
