
Technical Consultant, ITSM
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with strong expertise in IT solutions, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), and Endpoint Security, or similar platforms. In this dynamic role, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our comprehensive ITSM and endpoint management solutions to help drive smarter, more secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and customers (both online and on-site) to understand business and technical needs
- Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client environments
- Translate business requirements into tailored IT Service Management, Unified Endpoint Management and End point Security solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive solution alignment and deal closure
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation
- Stay updated with product developments, features, and roadmaps & Provide feedback to product teams for continual improvement
- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their IT Services challenges and implement tailored solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, user groups, and conferences to showcase our solutions
- Regular visits to the nearby company office for reviews and training
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT Service Management and Endpoint Management, with hands-on involvement in ITIL v3/v4, ISO 20000, and Agile frameworks and standards
- Strong background in Service Delivery, Endpoint Configuration, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)—including implementation, configuration, or pre-sales engagements
- Strong communication and presentation abilities along with fluency in Dutch
- Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with comparable tools such as ServiceNow, Intune, Ivanti, Vmware Air watch, Jamf Pro, CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Freshworks, Top Desk, JIRA, or equivalent platforms is required
- Certifications around ITIL, Microsoft 365 management and Security could be a value add
- Active Directory, patching, and remote device management experience is a plus

Please note that this role is based in Utrecht and will require periodic travel.
