For our Onsite Client Delivery Team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to represent Serendi at our client site in area of Gurugram, India.

Talent Acquisition Partner

The function will deliver recruiting services to our clients in on- and offsite locations. In addition, the role will support account management tasks and responsibilities on a defined scope.

Operational Recruitment:

• Consulting with line management to clarify on requirements and processes and offering advice in the creation of specific job profiles
• Working closely with the Serendi Sourcing Consultants who are handling the candidate generation
• Managing candidate pipelines for our client’s open positions and ensuring timely candidate communication and feedback including interview organization
• Conducting phone interviews and personal interviews according to the client´s interview guidelines and give qualified interview feedback and evaluations
• Managing the offer-related information and monitoring the offer and contract process
• Serving as a reference point for the new hire during the onboarding phase by conducting various comfort checks
• Assuring all relevant reporting and invoicing documentation is maintained
• Acting as backup Recruitment Consultant (vacation time, sick leaves, military leaves, etc.), implementation Recruitment Consultant (new clients) or additional Recruitment Consultant (time of high workload) for other Swiss client operations - traveling involved



We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with the following profile:

• Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) as a Tech Recruiter, with a focus on technology roles and technical skill sets
• Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including familiarity with programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging tech trends
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top tech talent
• Fluent in English is a must, additional languages welcome
• Strong team working skills combining remote team collaboration and openness to work in an international and multilingual environment
• Service mindset and commitment to strive for excellent client satisfaction and delivering the best solutions
• Excellent skills in and high affinity for communication with customers and candidates
• Interview skills and experience with CBI/BBI is preferred
• Capability to set priorities and to have attention to detail paired with operational readiness, independent working style, and team spirit
